By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms:


Template Cost vs Full Design Cost:
 
  • We offer both template-based and full custom designs for ads.
  • Template costs are standard, while Full Design costs are applicable if a client requests a Fresh New Design, incurring additional charges.

Content Delivery:
 
  • Clients must provide all necessary content 24-72 hours before the scheduled completion or publication date.
  • High-quality images are required for optimal results. Poor-quality images may result in subpar ad quality.
  • Images requiring remastering may incur additional costs.
  • Removal of watermarks from images will require an additional fee.

Rush Delivery:
 
  • Rush delivery of ads is available for an additional cost.

Revisions:
 
  • Two revisions per ad are included at no extra cost within a specified timeframe.
  • Revisions must be requested and completed 24 hours before the scheduled delivery to the platform or client.

Design Scope:
 
  • Each ad design includes one product. If a product has multiple images, our designers will select the best options for the layout.

Changes and Notice:
 
  • Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.

Client Responsibility:
 
  • Clients are responsible for all images and content supplied to Web Experts.
  • Failure to supply content in a timely manner may result in ads not appearing on schedule.

Content Strategy:
 
  • We do not fill an entire post with content. Our designers utilize various strategies for effective ad design and content scripts.

Cancellation Policy:
 
  • Cancellations must be submitted within 2 hours after the job submission or request.
  • After this period, clients will be billed for the services rendered.

Liability:
 
  • Web Experts is not liable for the consequences of using supplied content and images.
